- Other covered events
Emergency Medical & Dental Coverage
Helps pay for hospital stays, doctor visits, emergency dental care, and prescription medications if you become sick or injured while traveling. Many domestic health insurance plans provide little or no coverage outside the United States.
Emergency Medical Evacuation
Covers the cost of emergency transportation to the nearest appropriate medical facility or, when medically necessary, back home for treatment.
Baggage & Personal Belongings
Provides reimbursement if your luggage or personal items are lost, stolen, or damaged during your trip.
Travel & Baggage Delays

Common Exclusions
Most standard travel insurance policies do not cover:
- Pre-existing medical conditions unless a waiver is purchased.
- Incidents involving alcohol, drug use, or reckless behavior.
- High-risk or extreme sports (such as skydiving or mountaineering) unless additional coverage is purchased.
- Canceling simply because you change your mind (unless you purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage).
