Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 60 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Things happen. Plans change, and cancellation policies can vary depending on the supplier. I will make sure you receive the specific cancellation details for each part of your itinerary so you are fully informed and prepared before making any decisions.
How does the billing process work?
Billing processes vary depending on the supplier. Some require a deposit, some require payment in full, and others offer flexible payment plan options. I will make sure you have all the details regarding payment amounts, due dates, and requirements for each portion of your itinerary including deadlines for payments.
Why do I have to pay an upfront fee?
An upfront, non-refundable research fee is required when I research costs, reviews, and options for your trip. Whether you choose to schedule the arrangements yourself or have me handle the bookings, this fee covers the time spent researching, as some suppliers—especially airfare and rental car companies—do not provide commissions.
Cruise and rail package fees work a little differently, as I must be the one to schedule those packages. If you choose this option, I will credit 25% of the $40 fee ($10) toward your final invoice.
Disney package bookings are always free.
I strive to keep costs as low as possible because I understand this is an additional expense. My goal is to provide you with the best value, maximize your travel experience, and help you stay within your budget.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! I will make sure to send you an updated cost/paid/and still owed to keep you updated on your balance.
